Yes. Subscriptions are billed through Lemon Squeezy and you can cancel from your account settings at any time. When you cancel, access continues until the end of your current billing period — weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annual — with no hidden cancellation fees.

DeepSearch subscriptions include unlimited people lookups for normal professional use. A fair-use soft cap (25 lookups per day) protects the service from abuse; typical recruiter, founder, and sales workflows stay well within that limit. Follow-up chat on profiles is included on paid plans.

Yes. Your lookups are private — the person you research is not notified. Search history is saved to your account so you can revisit profiles before calls or interviews. We do not sell personal data. See our privacy policy for full details on data handling and retention.
