These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DeepSearch. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
What DeepSearch is
DeepSearch is a people search and research tool that aggregates publicly available information from the open web. It helps you find someone by name, review matching profiles, and explore AI-generated summaries with linked sources.
DeepSearch is not a background check service. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). You may not use DeepSearch for employment screening, tenant decisions, credit eligibility, insurance underwriting, or any regulated decision-making that requires FCRA-compliant reports.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use DeepSearch for harassment, stalking, or unlawful surveillance
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or overload our systems
- Resell or redistribute search results without permission
- Misrepresent DeepSearch output as official or verified records
- Violate applicable laws, including privacy and data protection regulations
Accounts and authentication
Sign-in is provided through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and keeping your login secure.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges according to the plan you select (weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly). Prices are shown at checkout and may change with notice for future billing periods.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled
- Cancel anytime through your Stripe billing portal
- Refunds are handled according to Stripe policies unless required by law
- We may change pricing or plan features with reasonable notice
Search results and accuracy
DeepSearch compiles public web data using automated search and AI summarization. Results may be incomplete, outdated, or refer to the wrong person with a common name. Always verify information using the linked sources before acting on it.
We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any profile or summary.
Intellectual property
DeepSearch, its branding, software, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. Public source material remains subject to the rights of its original publishers.
Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer of warranties
DeepSearchis provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepSearch and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You may stop using DeepSearch at any time by cancelling your subscription and closing your account.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
